The Exit Permit Only (EPO) is an immigration document facilitating the cancellation of residence permits (KITAS/KITAP) for foreign citizens who intend to depart from Indonesian territory with the assumption that they will not return
Additionally, the EPO is applicable to foreigners meeting the following conditions
It's important to note that the EPO is applied under the condition that the foreigner is still within Indonesian territory and plans to depart before the expiration of the KITAS period. In cases where the foreigner has already left Indonesia without the opportunity to apply for an EPO, an Exit Re-Entry Permit (ERP) can be pursued.
To apply for the EPO, the following requirements must be met:
Application Letter & Guarantor Letter.
National ID Card (KTP) of the guarantor.
Original & copy of the foreigner's passport.
Latest KITAS documents.
Itinerary of the exit flight.
